Agents of Transformation: Could Inner Compassion Be Your SuperPower?

If you’ve ever tried to change an unhelpful habit, you know it’s not easy.

Why is it so hard to change?

There’s a vital aspect to making big change that’s not often discussed.  Interception, or HOW IT FEELS ON THE INSIDE.  I’ve been watching my colleague and friend Dr. Cyntiha Phelps for several years now, as she’s become a Stanford Ambassador of Compassion, a certified Mindfulness Instructor, and the founder of InnerAlly, a trauma-Informed company building tools, courses, and mobile apps to improve mental wellness based on the science of self-compassion.

I’ve attended one of her trainings and was blown away by how much her Inner Ally paradigm and materials changed my own interception—on an ongoing basis.

Which is why I was thrilled when Dr. Cynthia said YES to an Agents of Transformation interview with me. In our interview, you'll learn how she applied the science of self compassion to her own recovery and how she's using it to help her clients and participants in her trainings release unhealthy habits and create empowering ones. Her next Release the Habit training (for January - March 2024) is filling now. I’ll be there and I hope you will too!
